I suppose in a world of equality it may apply. But we don't live in a world like that. Furthermore, like me, many women do not blame everything on their menstruation cycle. It's stupid. It's people trying to find excuses, and even more so, trying to "figure" out women. I don't think about understanding men or women either, because there are too many variations to lump men and women into stereotype.

Under no circumstances whatsoever does PMS excuse everything a woman does. This is a silly question.

Pretty soon 'TAS' would replace 'mental illness' as the reason for violent crimes like rape and murder.

first of all, you have a hormonal surge once a month... wait... i know guys who get pms... get over it! some women have a harder time with it than others, but guys do the same thing, we just choose to ignore it.
