Post it with the Better Business Bureau, but, also contact your local Chamber of Commerce and provide them with your letter of complaint. If this business is a member of the Chamber, they may be able to help you.

Go to the Better Business Buearu website and post it, then everyone else can go to that website and see if they're been reported
