Can Byssochlamys Fulva grow in pH betweek 2.5 to 3.5? Are these anaerobic?

Normally they grow on 3.6 PH level but the Byssochlamys fulva which has the capacity of growing under low pH`s.
This fungi produces two types of spores: conidiospores and ascospores. The vegetative spores (conidiospores) have a low resistance to heat. However, the ascospores do survive to thermal processes commonly used for the strawberry pulp, and therefore they grow and spoilage the aliment during its storage.
