another kid who is having us do his homework for him. this is not 'homework cheats' but homework help.

communities need everyone's participation to be at their best.

it really isn't important...i mean why take english....really doesn't do anything unless you want to major in political science or do a government related job...perhaps they wanted to recruit people into the government by getting at them at a young age
