I think there is a misunderstood when the subject is about Math. my own experience showed me that you need to go thru Theory, read, learn and understand, many times i had to read the same part 3 times to understand a concept but when you go to the practice is when you see that you have a total different point of view about how to treat the question, so it was Worth. Then when you study or practice you need to think in possible shortcuts. Discover that your brain is like your muscles practice make them strong. I hope it helps.

Select a book consistenet with your current level of mathematics education, learn the lessons, understand the worked out examples, and most importantly do as many of the exercises given as you can.
Also keep up your understanding of arithmetic, and algebra so that you can learn coordinate geometry, trigonometry and other more advanced stuff.
Another suggestion, ask someone near you whom you know and who enjoys math and geometry - this might be more helpful than the net for learning geometry.

learn to visualise figures and convert words into pictures.you will be an expert in geometry

search proofs for theorems
solve lots of questions beginning from simple ones
it is good to deal with simple questions first when you learn a new subject
