In Safari: History > Clear History

If you're talking about when you start typing in (for example)yahoo's search on their webpage, you need to clear your autofill form for Yahoo. To do that, go into Safari > Preferences, select the autofill tab, click edit, find the site(s) you want to clear the autoFill or reset all of it.

You have to reset Safari. Go to Safari>Reset Safari
