What citizen number, citizen of what country? In the USA, there is only the social security number, and you should have a card with the number on it. If you don't have one, apply at the Social Security Administration office near you or on line.

People in the UK do not have ID cards so ahve no 'citizen' number, the only official numbers anyone has are you passport number, but that changes with each sucessive passport, your Nat. insurance number and your NHS number. Of these everyone, no matter what age, has an NHS number, so this is the only UK number that could be called a citizen number.
