After 10 - 14 days after having sex. If the test say that you are not but you are sure you are, take another one after 3days.

With an Early Home Pregnancy Test, you can test from 8 days after ovulation, so for most people with a regular 28 day cycle, you can test on day 22. Day one is the first day of your cycle, as in the day you start your period so justcount forward from there.
Therefore, it depends when you had sex. It all depends on your cycle, not when you had sex.

Most pregnancy tests aren't effective untill you are 4 weeks or have missed your next period! If you do take one before 4 weeks it might say you are not pregnant when actually you are! I know there is a new pregnancy test out that can tell before 4 weeks but i cant remember the name! If you ask in any chemist they will know of it!

Not before I'm afraid. It can take up to 5 days for the sperm to fertilise your egg anyway so you cant take one straight away.
