The universe is finite but unbounded. Think of a large sphere with an insect crawling on it. The bug will never approach an edge.
The universe is limited in size, with no edge. No boundary. Go as far as you like. If you go far enough, fast enough, it's supposed to be possible that you just arrive back at your starting point, since the furthest galaxies haven't yet disappeared over the event horizon.
What's at the end of the universe? You are.

The universe is not endless its just so massive it seems that way. To give you a picture of just how big...A light year is 6 trillion miles (approx.) You would have to travel the speed of light for 15.8 billion years to reach the other side. And if you were actually able to reach the other side you would just reach the end you started at because the universe is kinda like us on this earth, you can never reach the end of the earth because you'd just be going in circles.

As with one of the answers above me, when it comes to the universe, the laws of physics are strange in that aspect. The universe is curved and because of that, if you go to the so-called end, you'll actually end-up back to where you stared.
That's what I heard on a recent documentary.

Do you really care? Would the answer even be relevant to your life?
Or are you just asking a question to be asking?
