Ive developed a carrot shaped tag on my stomach...?

it is about the size of a carrot and has now changed into an orange texture too. I find it hard to believe I am now producing carrots from my torso. What can it be??

Like you said it's just a tag....they are removable in a doctors office...I've had 3 removed from my back and it's painless...good luck
