It sounds like trapped wind. This could be caused by loads of things, many of which are not serious. Could be just that you've not been chewing food properly for example. Or it coulld be something like IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) To be sure, please go see a doctor. Hope you feel better soon.

Hi, i would go and see a doctor as you caould have something wrong with your bowels, like irritable bowel sydrome or something like that. Its probably got something to do with your food not passing through when you eat before bed. It may be best to try and not eat before you go to bed and see if you still experiance this.

IBS I have it and I couldnt get out of bed this morning because the pain was so bad

Go to your doctor,your health is something you don't play with,I know many people who has something wrong with them for a while,then it goes away.years later it come back and it worser then it was before.only if they would've went to the doctor sooner.Hope you feel better

That would depend on how long this has been going on. If it has been more than two weeks, i would make an appointment to see your doctor.

dont eat after about 7 as this gives your food time to digest if that doesnt work its always worth going to your docs after all you have nothing to loose as it may be somthing you need treatment for

it's probably peptic ulcers. you'd better go see your doctor. sometimes i get the same symptom like yours. when i do, i take antacid to counteract it. usually, i take Mylanta. i know how uncomfortable the pain is. if you want to know about antacids, you can look it up on wikipedia or other search engines.
