Madikwe would be my personal first choice. See website:
www.madikwesafaris.co.za
But there are so many, so also have a look at these websites:
www.africansky.com
www.sa-avenues.com
or just google "south african safaris" and see what comes up.
Happy planning. Ignore "comrade tony" (and he frequently changes his name, so it might be something else by the time I finish typing this sentence.... ) his postings are just spam, always the same.
Hope your trip will be filled with happy memories!

You want to go on a real safari? Let me take you to Botswana. No Fancy hotels or lodges. Sleep under the stars with no fences between you and the game out there. Listen to the lions from you bed. This is a real safari. Look at the link below. If interested contact me at fxwill@yahoo.com

The best one is the Kruger National Park!!
In Kruger National Park it offers accommodation and lodging options, African safari options, private game lodges, nature guides, Kruger National Park safaris and daytrips. Spectacular wildlife viewing and sightseeing can be experienced on open vehicle guided drives, self drive options, night drives and walking safaris.
The world-renowned Kruger National Park offers a wildlife experience that ranks with the best in Africa and the world.
This is a not to miss!!

Anyway! Go on a Safari to the Kruger National Park. That is very nice where you get a tour guide to tell you about all the animals you see. There you can have a amazing experience of Safaris.
Visit this website:

i suggest the elephant back safari's in the Pilansberg National Park. Or the Okovango delta during the rainy season.
Also the Addo Elephant or hluhluwe game reserves, they both have a large amount of elephant and rhino.
Kruger National Park in South Africa is alway nice to visit, you can stay in the park and go on game drives or walks with a qualified ranger (oh well thats how it works everywhere actually).

If you are a potential visitor to South Africa I would advise you to fully update and acqaint yourself with the crime situation before making such trip. There are a number of sites you can visit such as www.crimexposouthafrica.org www.iol.co.za www.news24.com but please be aware that violent crime is rife and nobody can guarantee your safety. Murder, rape, car jacking, assault all in great numbers are every day occurrences and nowhere is entirely safe. If you do decide to visit South Africa I would advise you to take extra ordinary precautions to protect both your person and possessions.
I have no problem with the assertion that there is crime everywhere in the World however you seem to have the problem in accepting that SA crime is at levels that far outstrip the rest of the World. You also do not accept your responsibility to advise prospective visitors correctly and contribute to the problem by ignoring the situation. Pointing fingers at others instead of accepting and addressing the problems are symptomatic of lessons well learned from your previous political era and you need to move forward in your thinking.Your official opposition Party has also started a website for victims of violent crime so the truth is beginning to sink in. Personal attacks on me merely demonstrate your insecurity and immaturity and do not assist in assisting those who most need it.

I did a tour from Cape Town to Victoria Falls last year with WildLife Adventures http://www.wildlifeadventures.co.za Not quite spectacular for game viewing as Kenya/Tanzania, but the sand dunes of Namibia are totally incredible, as well as the Okavango Delta, Botswana, and of course the majesty of Vic Falls. Hope this helps you!

Da9 jy praat lekker kak!
Anyways, make sure the bottle of water u carry is huge because it gets very hot here!Rather buy a pair of sandels and wear shorts, a cap (hat) is also a good idea! When u see monkeys feed them, u'll see how much they'll adore u! Lions and basicly all animals are afraid of humans so if u cross paths with them just shout and make alot of noise, key thing to remember - when making your noises u should charge the animals, that'll scare them off!!
Good luck on your trip!
