Is homosexual activity morally right or wrong? That's a decision each person must make for himself or herself. Biblically, there is plenty of evidence that it is morally wrong. Culturally, though, I don't think it is considered wrong. How do you base your morality?
Can this sexual orientation be changed? No. A homosexual person can choose not to have sex with someone of the same sex, and might even be able to have sex with someone of the opposite sex. However, the desire for members of the same sex will always remain.
Your two questions are totally different. The first refers to behavior, but the second refers to personality. People are usually happiest when their behavior agrees with their personality. A homosexual (personality) person can get into a heterosexual (behavior) relationship, but will not be happy in it.
Look at it the other way around. If you were heterosexual, living in a largely homosexual world where many people thought heterosexuality was morally wrong, could you force yourself to become homosexual? Could you force your sexual orientation to change?

Morally there is no right or wrong in it. People believe what they want to hear. sexuality has nothing to do with love, if you love someone with your whole heart then it doesnt matter about if it is right or wrong. God made us to love each other. Yes man for women, but what if you were born a man in a womens body? or a women born in a mans body? It is not about being funny or trying to get attention, it is about love and it is about what you believe in. God loves us so much that he wont lock the gates just because of our sexual orientation, even though it is wrong. you know, drinking and smoking, lying, and cheating, swearing, using His name is also rong! there is no little sin and big sin.. A sin is a sin no matter what it is.
Change? well yes some people choose who they want to be. You have the freedom of choice and if you love the same sex then be it. Also some can change but are not willing because of what they love and believe. Some cant change because i personally think that they are born the way they are or are brought up the way they are.
I hope you understand better. And to all the guys out there who like to critizise them.. leave them alone it is there life and there will.

speaking from the straight Catholic side, homosexuals are homosexuals, End OF STORY. It is not right it is not wrong, it just is. These people have the right to live as they want, where they want without people trying to force them into a different lifestyle (see Declaration of Independence, paragraph 1: we hold these truths ... the right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness).
If you are gay/les and want to be gay/les, go ahead. If you are gay/les and feel that a straight lifestyle would be better for you go for it.
But I am sick and tired of hearing people say that being homosexual will condemn you to hell or where ever else they say you will go. There is only one that can judge, and it ISN"T YOU!!!!

hmm whether it is right or wrong depends on the point of view of people...some might say its right while others say its wrong... but most societies consider it as wrong as it goes against most religion... i dont think this sexual orientation can b changed because the homosexual person will then be frustrated that he cannot lead his life the way he wants and be happy this way

as far as i comprehend your want to segregate the act from the wrongdoer is totally perfect ; the Roman Catholic Church has made it very sparkling that someone with gay inclinations who pick a chaste existence isn't accountable of the sin of homosexuality ; he/she is to be seen as between the honest bearing his/her bypass with the honour of a real Christian. as far as i'm in touch, such someone is holy and chaste and should be seen a function sort for the Christian community . then again, that is authentic that some switched over homosexuals fail to shed their outer visual attraction and mannerism ; and at the same time as such replace might want to be frustrating and would calls for time it could be said that an effeminate guy might want to be reason for scandal and would have an adverse impression on the teens and/or different individuals of the community that are battling gay temptations or inclinations ; each from time to time a failure to well known this problem can outcome in intolerance and irrational Christian theology. yet another interest it quite is often missed is the very undeniable actuality that conversion/salvation isn't the right of the line even with the undeniable fact that the initiating of a lengthy journey in direction of boost, regeneration and perfection ; the adventure has its united statesand downs and regularly dramatic set-backs, relapses and/or ahead leaps take position even with the undeniable fact that the point of a journey is that it continues to be dynamic ; there is not any settling down for a Christian ; one is termed to run the race and wrestle the sturdy wrestle.

The question of right or wrong should not arise because they have different set of hormons and the things are beyond their control... What we are talking is about its social impact but there is very less we can do about.. We must let them live peacefully as we do with a blind or deaf or dumb person..

As far as I believe, when man was created, a woman was also created to keep him company. A man was not created to keep him company. On the other hand, if a person choose to go that a ways or if his genes are responsible for it - are we to judge?
I really do not know if this can be changed, it really up to each individual person.

There is no moral question. (Is heterosexual activity morally right or wrong?) I don't think it can be changed, any more than your race.
