What is woman expectations from a man?

I'm 27 newly married but I havn't a previous good experience with women because of work & such like, I want to know what is woman expectations from a man to try to be this man

to love her unconditionally, be supportive and understanding and appreciate all that she does for u...and to treat her like your best friend : )! also be loyal and faithful to her and respect and trust her and offer her own freedom and space when she needs it : )!

also be there for her when she needs u : )!

Look no offence mate, but if she didnt feel that you are doing it right by her or she didnt feel that you was good enough etc then she would of married you, Try no to worry about it because if she didnt like you the way that you are with her then she would not have married you would she? Think about it.
Also if you try and change to much then she might not like it, So you really must just be yourself with her, she is your wife and if you have any worries about your relationship etc you shoulkd be talking to her really. But everyone's expectations are diiferent in some way, so just ask her what she expects from you, and she may suprise you with her answer.

Personally though my expectations from a man are just of those for the man to love me,trust me, and to with respect. As for anything else in the relationship it is usually better to talk and work at it because married people do not stay together for so long just by meeting there partners expectations, as funny as iyt may sound a marriage is to be worked at by both members of it, So i sicerely hope that you are happy together, congratu;ations on your new marriage and hope you are together for a very long time.

Be a REAL MAN, not a little boy trapped in a mans body..

Real men live by their marriage vows every day ...not just when its convient to them.. they put nothing and no one before their spouse.. they always do what is right even if it doesnt feel good at times.. Women expect, love, attention, mutual respect, communication, compromise, sexual needs met, emotional needs met.. and security.. seems like a lot but its not if u really love someone..

Little boys trapped in mens bodies, dont take care of their responsibilities, treat their spouses disrespectfully, feel the need to lust over other women even though they are married, forget that after their married that they still have to work at the relationship, dont care about the financial well being of their family, dont care about their wifes emotional needs and tend to neglect them.. they put family and friends before their wife, when they are suppose to put their wife first only 2nd to god..

Realize that marriage takes 2, constantly working at making it a happy marriage, its never 50/50 its always going to be 80/20 and the only time 80/20 is bad is if is always one person constantly doing the 80% it should fluxuate from one person to the other, there are going to be really hard times in ur marriage, all marriages have their ups and downs, these are the times when u need to love your spouse the most even if u feel like ur down in the dumps, because these times are going to be the tests on how strong you and your marriage really are.. and when outside influences will try to tempt u into crossing over the marital lines.. realize that all things can be fixed if u learn to communicate and compromise.. Give it your all, and always do what is right, and u'll always be able to look urself in the mirror every day even 50 years from now knowing gave it all u had and u didnt breach your vows.. Protect urself and her always, if anything even seems like a negative influence to ur marriage, do away with it.. even if its as trivial as looking at girls in a magazine, to something that breaks ur heart like a family member or best friend, if anything or anyone isnt respectful of your marriage, u need to protect your marriage and get rid of it, your spouse, man or woman should always protect their marriage from all harm..

Well, I am not expert but I can tell you what I want in a man!
I would want my husband to be a good talker, but not only that a good LISTENER as well!
COMMUNICATION is the KEY to a happy marriage!
I would also like my husband to be kind and understanding of my feelings! He would be sweet and loving and affectionate, Woman LOVE to feel like they are loved, so affection is very important!
They need a man who is strong but also a man who is not afraid to tell you and express his true feelings!
Crying while telling a woman how much you love her, does not make you weak, it makes, you HUMAN, and sensitive and very attractive!
You will need to be willing to help around the house(not do it all, as she does not want to do it all), but be helpful, and considerate!
Most people will treat a total stranger better than they treat their spouses! It is so sad, to see this!
What a woman wants is to feel beautiful, so don't forget to compliment her once in a while and tell her how happy she makes you, make sure that you have open lines of communication always and don't ever lie to her and hide things from her!
Also if you are mad at your wife, please don't withhold sex from her, that will ruin a relationship faster than anything else! Remember to be there for her in every aspect of your life, especially SEX! No it is not the most important thing but for 2 people that love each other it is important for the closeness and intimacy!
Be her best friend and above all, remember to love her with your WHOLE HEART, always, no matter what, if she gains weight, acts stupid, whatever happens to change your life, remember the vows that you have taken, for better or worse, nothing that happens in your life should change how much you love your wife, if you are truly in love!
The number one way to a woman's heart is through the heart, so if you want to make your wife happy, make her heart happy! Do Not Forget to Let her know that she is the most important thing in your life! LOVE HER UNCONDITIONALLY FOREVER!

I think that women have high expectations of men when each gender is wired rather differently so can understand your concern.

Most women would like a man who

1 - loves them and cherishes them

2 - helps with household chores and with children/babies when they eventually turn up

3 - not to have to share you with others too often (ie mother in law, other girlfriends, everyboyznight at the pub etc)

4 - sense of humour - with the ability to be able to laugh at yourself

5 - to be able to financially support the family (most women do like to have their own jobs but enjoy it far more if it isn't a necessity from a financial aspect)

6 - be nice

7 - don't both of you yell at the same time unless the house is on fire

the list could go on but i think that i have covered many points here

Well, a man supports the family, and has much responsibility on the situation or supporting. Both my dad's, stepdad and real dad, work hard along side with there wives, my mom and step mom, to get things done. My dad and stepmom don't work along side each other, but they both work long hours to support my brother and I. Being a man is to be a responsible adult, who stands up to their fears, and over comes hate, who protect women and children and keep them safe. That is my expectation of a good man.
