Cold water, drink lots of water, a good moisturiser. Don't pop spots, don't touch your face when you have dirty hands/you have been working or shopping all day. All that crap is the stuff that causes bad skin

Lovely skin, or skin with no wrinkles?
Either way the products you buy cost money. So do you want to 1) use products that help the skin, or 2) help the skin and have lasting results. if you chose #2 then you need to look into Arbonne International

Drink lots of water, wash your face with a good and not so harsh facial soap, clear your bowels regularly. Don't dig at pimples. Instead use pimple creams like Oxy to dry them up.
I'm Chinese and my mama recommends lots of 'cooling' food that can be beneficial to the skin. Food like green bean soup, chrysanthemum tea and other herbal teas. 'Heaty' foods like deep-fried food can cause breakouts sometimes, so don't eat too much of it.
Have enough sleep, or else you may have breakouts too.
Stress and monthly periods can result in temporary breakouts so take extra care of your skin then.
To prevent 'sweat spots', don't splash your face with cold water after perspiring alot after exercise.
Use a body scrub to exfoliate your skin, especially your back, to get rid of dead skin that'll cause acne.
If the acne problem is real bad, go see a skin specialist for medication. I've heard that it'll really work wonders for those with terrible monstrous acne.
Yea, it's possible so all the best for nice skin!

I think that you have to be born with it. For example if you have oily skin, you can use an array of skin products to improve it, but you still have oily skin, if you stop using these products.

I started using moisturiser when i was 13 years old, morning and night...nothing expensive. I am now 47 and hardly have a wrinkle.
Drink plenty of water as well and eat plenty of fruit and veg.
