any city located next to or within haryana and UP have a percentile of population who speak harshly and are straight forward and forth right so people from other part of the country see it as rudeness which the locals may treat as normal

My dear Princess:
Delhi cannot be the rudest place on earth as it is a place full of dilwalas….
Well I am from Bombay and some time back they proclaimed that it was the rudest place…. Now can u beat that….
Big cities in India are so full of people that it is difficult for people to keep their kool so some times a few people lose it and give the place a bad name….
You cannot blame the entire city for that…
So go ther next time n I m sure u will have a great experience n love the city…

I grew up in Delhi and a lot of places around the world. I am not living in delhi anymore. I would say, it is a snobbish and fashion consciuos city but it is not that bad....all big cities have its share of bad and good :) thats what makes it a great city!!
