He was that tall when he got there,, the midget thing was his wish.
Well, the wish went something like this, " I want to me Mr.Rourke's little whipping boy."

Obviously, because he liked his size. I think I remember one episode where he tried being a "normal" size...but honestly can't remember for sure. It's been awhile since I've seen that show.
