She doesn't burn the retinas from my eyes when I look at her, if that's what you are asking. I don't necessarily think of farm animals when I see her, but no, I don't think she's beautiful. Presentable, yes.
I would probably think differently if it wasn't for the fact that I have seen her personality. She's ugly on the inside, and that reflects on the outside.

NO not really, I think she could be if she did not wear some of the hideous outfits and makeup or act like she does not have a brain in her head.

I think she is way too skinny and her face is kind of out of proportion. Also she comes across as a vacuous, empty shell of a human being
