So, let's answer all parts of this question:
1. No, I would not stand in front of anyone's window to watch anything. That's just weird...
2. I read this question because it is worded in such a way that it is easier to think something negative is at the end of it. I was prepared to report you!
3. I thought the word at the end of the question was going to be "clothes".
4. I will admit that my mind jumped to the conclusion pretty quick that you were a sick person and my answer was going to be "REPORTED!".
5. Um... I think you're asking if I'm a sick person... but that is a really broken statement, so I'm not sure how to answer the last part here. Being the one playing on words, you should probably make sure your grammar is a little more correct for questions like this.
