Human life is coming to an end shortly. As a species we will destroy ourselves long before any natural means makes us extinct. the earth however will continue and develop new life. Earth will continue for about another 15 billion years until the sun supernovas. Then all life will end in this solar system.

The Christians and other similar religions say the end of the world is near. So that means that their world is ending. Many cultures over the years of human civilization have called for the end of times. However, we are still here. Unless something totally destroys the earth, I doubt it would be that easy to end human existence entirely. So I hope all the Christians, Jews and Muslims blow each other up. Giving me and my friends enough time to seek out suitable refuge, then maybe we can start again. This time not centering culture around strife caused by miniscule differences in faith.

Well I believe it is nearing. And the thought does scare me a little, but I, like you, am a christian, so I'm not at a panic or anything because I know that god will also guide me. The bible says something about a 3 headed dragon, doesnt it? Well an over veiw of Hurricane Katrina looked like a 3 headed dragon.

The end of the world has been predicted over and over again since time immemorial. There are several reasons this may be true. One of which is that each of us knows that he or she is going to die at some point. All we know about the world exists in our minds. We might say that, to that extent, the world exists on in our knowledge of it and ends in our death. Each death, then, is the end of a "a little world made cunningly." When we die, we take a world with us.

The end of the world has been here millions of times over the ages and we are still here. I believe the end will eventually come and I alway perceived christians as looking forward to the end times. I believe your fears are rooted in guilt. Think about it.

Matthew 24. There will be many fake religions.
There's a lot of signs. Many nations going to war, much famine.
If you have Jesus in your heart, don't be scared. you will not be here when the anti-christ comes back. They already are using microchips in dogs to keep track of them. There's talks of putting microchips in your wrist with bank information to help stop idendity theft. Could this maybe be used for the mark of the antichrist?

I don't know, nor care if the end of the world is near.
The way I feel is, either, it's going to end, or, it'll go on. It's like fearing death -- there's no reason to. It's going to happen anyways, so why worry about it?
If you're Christian, believe that God will take care of you. That things will turn out alright. Let your God take that fear from you. It tells you in your bible that you shouldn't fear it, doesn't it? Go with that.

It has ended already. But then as a American Indian our belief in the begining and end of things is diferent. The same way that one season moves into the next. It is slow and almost unseen. As one world ends, the next begins.
