I don't like just solving equations but i like understanding the concepts of equations. Math is the building blocks of science. Without it we would be worse off. Even simple sequences like the Fibonacci numbers are totally interesting. I am reading a book about the Golden Ratio, which is number that you find in nature. I also read the book "Music of the Primes." A great book. Just stick to the lessons and when you advance to the next level in math it becomes fascinating.

see the thing with math for me was i never understood what we did in the beginning until we got to the end (especially concerning calculus AB & BC) so i pretty much sucked during the year but managed to do okay on the exams
i do like maths every now and then but im not the sharpest pencil in the box :) (yeah i know thats lame but i felt like it)
