I want to start a blog topic where I can be the moderator. Is there a place (yahoo, cnet, anywhere) to do it?

Both Yahoo and MSN have forums where you can start your own blogs. These can be open to the public or reserved for only people you invite. If you start one of these forums, you will be the moderator.
