There is a cat that lives in my colony.Its eye lens colour had changed to green colour during summer.and during winter it had a different eye color.

This is probably an effect of the surroundings and not the actual eyes changing colours. My cats eyes sometimes look yellow under a flourescent light, but in the sunlight they are green. I bet that is the type of effect you have noticed. No cat has ever been able to change its eye colour permanently through some kind of biological means... it just isn't possible. I often get told I have eyes that change colour but it is untrue, my eyes are mixed so when I wear certain colours they look more like that colour but they dont physically change colour, its just how we percieve different colours based on the surroundings and lighting.

Yes. But is only a few. The can can change their eyes colour is so possible.

I don't think their lens changes color since it is transparent and I don't know of a mechanism for its iris to change color either.
