Paris Hilton. Singing wise, hell no. She's not in the same league as Mariah Carey or Christina Aguilera. Paris' songs are extremely easy to sing. there's no high note. no falsettos. no low notes. its pretty much the same throughout the hold song. I'd like to hear her hit a really really high note. even he producer said "she's sexy n its sells." what the producer is trying to say is, her songs have sexy lyrics, sexy video clips.. sexy everything. she's practically selling her body. FYI, she's good at it. and her producer is right. it pays to be sexy. Paris Hilton is a perfect example of that.
Acting wise, i don't think she is capable of being the best actress. If u look at her carefully in 'House of Wax'. she's playing a character that does a lot of yelling.. n stripping too. she sounds fake. its almost like, she's acting as herself.

No, Paris Hilton will not be best at anything. She has no training and only gets acting and recording contracts because of her notoriety as the one who made a porn video which appeared on the internet.

Well although she may look good, due largely in fact that daddy is rich, the girl can't act for ****. As for comparing the singing I like her new song but I'm reserving my opinion on that until I hear her live and not pulling an Ashlee Simpson. Hope it helps.
