You'll have to go to your e-mail service's website and find out what settings the POP3 and SMTP need to be set to. I don't know what service you use so that's as far as I can go to help you.

Try reinstalling Microsoft office. Better yet, download Mozilla Thunderbird.

then use internet explorer instead. u could also try repairing ur office or windows installation
