They are wrong, it's like a computer version of the ones that used to get sent round at school. 'Send this on in 2 days or something bad will happen', there are stupid, pointless and a waste of peoples time. Why don't people send worthwhile messages with things in them that can actually benefit the world. The internet is a great resource and wasting it on chain emails is a scandal.

When you get a mail it will typically ask you to send it on to x amount of friends. This is what gets reported back 1. the fact that your email address is real 2. each one of your friends email addresses is real. You and your friends then get hit by lots of spam real email addresses are worth money to marketers. Get yourself a program called mailwasher and just bounce and delete spam from your mailbox, unless your really bored with nothing else to do then carry on reading them.

Never believe them. Some times we really feel afraid that they might happen to us. But it’s just some stupid mails that crazy people create. Discard them. They are nothing but some stupid jokes. But sometime you can have a good laugh with your friends of course!

They're all rubbish..
If I get a really funny one I might forward it to one or two friends but generally I delete them..
I used to change them and send the back to whoever I got them from..
changes like..
If you don't send this email to atleast five people 3 pixies will do nasty things to your lunch when you least expect it..
atleast people seemed to get a kick out of it..
