It is a clearly a sign of Nervous Tension! You try to pick up some other vocation which is not so competitive or where you have no fear of failure, instead of studies or sports or any competitive task. You may say that even PC games are more competitive and challenging but understand that you have endless chances to play again and get the score you want. These games also give you fun and sense of achievement immediately as the score is on the screen and may be few of your friends are also hooked to these games and discuss them very often.

Take the challenge of studying hard not only for the exams but any info in general ... you will feel the achievement for yourself and you will enjoy the fun of knowing a lot of things. Why don't you use your PC and internet for information and then for entertainment???

It's high-time that you get rid of your games madness ... this nervous tension can lead to depression and to melancholia and to many more psychological problems. Because you will be haunted by the thought that you are not studying and as it haunts you, you will haunt games. I also think that these games decrease the creativity, logical reasoning and application elements in you. You will lack the thirst for knowledge.

You may not accept what am I saying but ask any psychologist ... you will know. Com'on grow up and start studying ... if not interested in studies at all ... play some sports instead. That is better than PC games in any and every case.

I dont know but are these PC games included in Olympics, National games or ...????????

You can try and make your PC games a reward. If you study for 2 hours you can play for 1 hour. Or if you work hard for 2 days you can have an evening of gaming. Let it be your motivitation to study.
