I don't really believe there is a "normal."
I think "normal" is relative to each person.
To someone who was raised in a house where incest occured, that person would probably consider incest normal.
People usually judge situations based on their own experiences in life.

Probably best not to judge them. Why do you feel the need to do this? Except them for who they are. We all have our issues. Nobody is perfect.
