When guys start ovulating, maybe so. Until then, while guys do have low levels of female hormones, they really only have testosterone that is dominant, and that really doesn't fluctuate much on a day-to-day basis.
Not so, with women, they have four distinct female sex hormones AND testosterone to contend with. And at different times of the month, they are all battling for dominance. Their hormone levels fluctuate signficantly depending on where they are in their cycle. And there is very definitely an emotional link. Women who experience the more extreme variations tend to have more emotional outbursts, depression, etc. You get hormonal balancing for these women, and they are like totally different people.
There really is no need to suffer through PMS anymore. Hormones cause the problem, and they can fix the problem.

You must be a guy because you have no clue.
So lets put it in terms you can comprehend.
1. take a mixer , you know what a cake mixer is? , ok, now insert it (imagine) through your bellybutton in a downward position, Turn it on , great, now you are just getting started. Now take about 20 laxatives...nope not done yet, tie a rope tightly around each leg.. and.. one more thing, beat your forhead against the wall at least five times. Okay :) you almost know what pms feels like. have a great day.

Why not, you act like you're on the rag most of the time anyway.
PMS is caused by fluid retained in the brain!
