there is a button on your keyboard with the windows logo on it (should be bottom row, the second key from the left)
press it and then click and drag the Taskbar back to where it should be.

Its possible that the tool bar has only drop below the screen. Pull the curser all the way to the bottom and it should pop up. Right click on the tool bar and go to properties. Take the check mark off of auto hide. It should now stay on the desk top.

to get the start menu:
just press the key with window logo on it (it is uaually present between the "Ctrl" & "Alt" keys on your keboard
to get the whole toolbar back
take your cursor (by moving your mouse) to the bottom of your screen. you'll see a double arrow (up and down) appear. when it appears, just click left mooouse button and drag the mouse sllightly upwards. it will bring back the toolbar
right click will not help :-)

Press CTRL, ALT, DEL
When the Task Manager starts, select run new programme:
Type in explorer and press return.
I used to do it all the time with XP!
