Implantation usually occurs between 5 to 12 days after conception... Some may expierience 'implantation bleeding' ... or spotting around the time of their period that is often mistaken for a lite period. Some may expierience nothing at all until there is enough HCG in their system to cause early pregnancy symptoms.
HCG is not produced until implantation has occured.

I never had any implantation bleeding with my two children. I call my first pregnancy my silent pregnancy. I had zero symptoms and felt nothing. I didn't even show until I was 6 months. I was blessed with a handsome baby boy who is now 12. I know it is frustrating. Good Luck!
