An ethical reptile dealer will not sell to underage persons, people with mental disorders or inexperianced keepers. Which of those groups do you belong to ???

You must not know a thing about Black Mambas.

I hope you have A LOT of experience with snakes.....because sooner or later you ARE going to get bitten, and that will be it. I have over 300 nonvenomous snakes that aren't half as fast or defensive as black mambas and I get bitten regularly. Oh well, natural selection, right?

Kingsnake.com or faunaclassifieds.com are probably your best internet option available. I've never seen a Black Mamba on one though. Greens are generally easy to get hold of. If you really want a Black, you need to talk to a venomous collector.

Check kingsnake or fauna classifieds venomous reptile ads. I didn't see any black mambas, but did see some greens available for $250-$300.
Just keep an eye on the classifieds there or even post a want ad looking for them.

Best sort out your life insurance first although not sure anyone would cover you. You know they are psychotic, presumably, so more dangerous than some other more venomous snakes.

In any case, it's a wild animal and belongs in the wild. I understand your interest in them, they are beautiful, but we humans have got to learn a. that something can be beautiful without us having to own it, and b. to treat other species with respect.

Why would you want that? Get one that won't kill you, Mamba, why you just go and get a rattle snake if you want a killer snake.
