you can do so by using the messenger, there's msn messenger, yahoo messenger, google talk, skype, pal talk, etc....

ok your going to need some thing's to do this
1 computer
1 internet server
1messenger server
then what you do is pay for the internet server
and your computer
then you download
yahoo messenger
you make your self a yahoo id
then you click on the chat icon from yahoo messenger
then you join a chat room
and your see others in this chat room all talking now what you do then is you start talking
thats how you chat

If u have Yahoo messenger, go to Messenger-yahoo chat- join a room- and join any chat rooms and chat

to chat on internet u need to have some messenger program such yahoo messenger and rediff boll . this messengers provide us an interface between us and the person at a distant.

create a yahoo account .............then download yahoo messager from yahoo site and then login yahoo messenger and then u can select any chat room .........and start chatting
