Are you a "yes man" (or woman) or do you tell it how you see it?

Umm... As much as I would like to beleive that I tell it how i see it, I still think that when neccessesary i'm a Yes Women type of person. especially when it comes to parents, or people in charge, telling it as i see it might seem disrespectful. You can always express what u really think in a yes-sy polite kind of way.

I tell it like it is. I don't believe in beating around the bush or
sugarcoating anything. I have found people respect me for being straight forward with them. That is what I expect from people.

For my Boss, i'm the "Yes Man".......... If i tell him how i see it, i will probably lose my job!!!LOL!!! For friends, i tell it how i see it....... And for my wife, its a mix of both, depending upon the situation !!! Believe me, it works!!

Tell it as I see it. I just can't lie and I can't keep it in me. It just comes bursting out with a life of it's own.

up to a point yes I am , but when they push to far to hard , I tell it like its going to be .

I am damn old to kiss anybodys @ss. I always tell people to ther face exactly how I feel on something.
