HE IS THE PERSON WHO FORGET THE FORM.
OF COURSE, HE DEFEAT PAKISTAN AT THEIR HOME SOIL.
AND HE COMPENSATED WITH CONCEDING A HOME DEFEAT TO THEM IN THE NEXT YEAR.

Listen here in cricket it doesnt matter what u have done the only thing matter is that what ur doing and what u can do
u see sourav ,we all know that he was a cricket master but as u can see he was out of form and his poor form was affecting his captaincy and India was going to wrong side (no offence) and dont forget that how Dravid was there as a captain
Pak was touriong India it was a test match and in that match due to slow over rate sourav was fined 2 match fee and was stpped from playing 6 matches during this period captaincy was given to dravid who did realy well and was in very good form when Ganguly was back he was still in a poor form so india thought that there is new talent waiting to show some thing we cant waist this talent for sourav becoz they no longer need him and believe me there are only 30% chances of him for getting back in the team

In one time people liked him so much and he was god to some people. But in the past some matches when he could'nt play well they don't like him.
They forget him because they don't want him when some little boys came and hit some 50s. They forget him because they have lost hope in him and thinks his use is over for the team.
Yes, he has some records as captain also. When he was the captain everyone liked him and gave enough support. Then India went to Pakistan and defeated them in both Test and One-day and made a record.

just because kiran more and greg chapell are soo bloody idiots.ganguly is defintely among the best batsmen in the world and certainly 3rd best in india....he has contributd soooo much for the indian cricket that u cannot just pull him out of th team coz of his recent bad patch...i have seen sachin havin an even worse bad patch...but he was retaind in the team coz of his greatnesss.a player havin 22 cnturis averaging more than 40...scoring more than 10000 runs cannot be droped!!! he is better than sehwag, kaif yuvraj raina etc!!!! and above all he is a much better captain than dravid!! dravid seems to be dictated by his coach!!! ganguly's absence is aloss to the game of crkt

nobody can deny his contribution in indian team, he is one of the best captain we have ever had but every good thing has its end. AND you have to accept that he no longer deserves a plaace in indian team with his current performance.
I am also waiting for his strong comeback

It might help if the name was changed to something more memorable like Ravsau Gulygan.

its a very simple answer b'coz he wants to work his own ways n not acc. to chappel.
so, its just a mere politics which results in lost confidenc of the player, the team.
this results in no performance for dada.
