Many schools have adult/teen classes combined. Find the dance schools that are near you and visit some to observe the classes. That is a good way to see if you would feel comfortable with the age mix. If you have had no formal training, you will be placed in a beginner class, no matter how well you dance in other types of dance. Ballet (and modern which is based on ballet) require learning the basics since each step is based on principles that are hundreds of years old. You will probably advance very quickly if you have a background of movement and dance in other types of dance, and are in good shape. But many adults are also beginners, so there will be a class that you will fit into and feel comfortable.

Enjoy!

No kinect isn't worth it it really is fairly a waste of money it really is honestly an off-the-cuff gaming unit for familys and little youngsters who don't like video games . it really is for moms , old human beings and so on it appeals to an same target audience because the wii it really is no longer fairly worth it rather because theres a small form of video games and no sturdy ones . they're all gimmicky and characteristic no tale mode , no intensity , no on-line or crappy on-line. honestly a gaggle of minigames . Dance imperative is the basically one thats sturdy even with the undeniable fact that it really is no longer a equipment supplier. Get dragon age it really is more desirable helpful than each kinect sport blended actually a gaggle of wii ripoff events video games , battling video games , a gaggle of dance video games and so on no longer stuff for sport enthusiasts

Honestly you are not going to get anywhere this way - call your local school and make an appointment. Look them up in Yahoo yellow pages. You are never too old to at least try!
