Well if the opposite of a fish is a flan, then the opposite of the opposite of a fish is a fish. The same thing. Who knows what flavour the flan is though. Mind you if an object can have more than one opposite, say the flan is both the opposite of a fish and a leg, then the opposite of the opposite of a fish could also be a leg.
