Face cream, hand cream, ear cream etc.,
Is it all the same with but with different packaging and cunning marketing to make gullible people buy it?

Not the ones I use. My face cream is a lot lighter and less greasy than my hand cream. I have used the heavier stuff overnight in the winter.
The effects of all beautifying creams is really only skin deep.
Just don't use haemorrhoid cream on your face or we'll call you a butt head.

not all... i like my cream to have zink in it... but other than that, I don't think they're all that different. Minerals and the amount of peroxid... i know that if i don't use that kind of cream that my skin looks shite. So yes - there is some variation but some creams are the same sold by different companies.

I don't think so, coz its happen to me
I used Hand Cream & i made problem for my face but my
father is using body cream for his face as well & nothing happen to him. may be its depend on skin?!
