A coworker kissed me on the cheek some years back, and I still remember it like if it happened yesterday. She has long been gone since and I still think of her alot. Even though I am in a committed relationship, I found her extremely attractive and found myself thinking of her every chance I can, but how could that be if I am already in a relationship. Am I really in love with this girl or am I just wasting my time thinking of her?

There is the old saying, "the grass is always greener on the other side."
I don't think you are in love with this girl who kissed you on the cheek. Sometimes when things like that happen to people, and you didn't react the way you wished, or you always wondered what would have happened if... you will still think about it.
It's not abnormal, but I think you need to realize that things didn't work out with that girl for a reason, and you should be happy with the things you do have.

Only you know for sure how you feel about your current partner, do you still feel passionate about her etc?
This other woman is long gone and if she had wanted a relationship with you chances are you would have known by know dont focus on the kiss, but look at your current relationship and see what is lacking then work on fixing it.

You're wasting your time. You have a gf and she has moved on a long time ago. It's ok to reminisce but don't be obsessed. Just cherish it for the loving memory it is and concentrate on the present. Leave the past in the past.

you are just fantasising about what could have happened...
don't let the passes interfere. she is long gone and you have to move on with your life and love what you have. do not waste your time and love over something which expired.
