Fast way = Diet = Gain back the weight after a while or just continue to diet all your life.

The best way to lose fat and keep it off is to exercise!!

Start jogging or skipping for maybe 15min nonstop and increase the time gradually. Remember, nonstop. When you first start exercising, it may just be 3 min nonstop or 5 min nonstop. Don't give up!! Continue until you can run nonstop for as long as you want.

My friend is 150cm and she weighed about 55kg? That's well...fat.

But she was so determined to lose weight that she started running. At first it was only 15 min, then 30 min. And finally she will run/jog every single day for 45min nonstop. In a couple of months, she has lost every single fat in her body and for 3 years, has managed to not gain weight as she continues to eat a bunch of junk.

You may also want to hire a private trainer. Expensive but very effective. Don't take the cheap ones, they may not have the experience.

If you are lifting weights, you may increase your weight first because you are developing muscles.

Cut out carbs and don't eat passed 6:00 p.m! You'll see results really soon! But make sure you also get your excersise! Instead of sitting here on the computer, you should go for a walk! Every week, make the distance bigger and speed up your pace. You will not only lose weight but your heart will be healthy too!

Excersise is the most important!

Stop eating fried foods, no dairy products ,no red meat. Eat lots of fish and baked chicken. Stop drinking soft drinks and drink lots of water. Good luck i hope this helps you. I am in a wheelchair and have done this and i have lost 50 pounds.
