The guy before me sounds like a salesman, no seriously, hte only way the rid the smoke is to take a shower, and dont smoke again. There is simply no way to rid the smell, you can chew gum, but the smoke comes from your lungs, not just your mouth. For your hair you can try running powder thru it. After a while you will tire of smelling of smoke and just quit. One of the best things about quitting, is not smelling anymore

I agree on the tip about Febrez for the carpet, curtains and furniture and even clothes. I would also recomend cleaning you blinds, windows, and wash the walls (ceiling) too, cigarette smoke attatches itself to EVERYTHING!! You could also use Oust spray for just spraying in the air. I bought some recently and let me tell you, a little of that spray goes a long way!

Don't allow smoking in your vehicle or house. If you have to smoke find an open air place or an air conditioned room which brings in fresh air circulation.
