Hi.
I would say after marriage as there is a big change in your life. Life is no longer the same as before. In order to make married life interesting, you have to plan new things together, make surprises to your life-partner every now and then. There are many people who change after marriage. They no longer devote much time to their partner. This lead to many problems and married life then becomes really boring. But the best part is no doubt the day when you get married. This is the most beautiful moment that can come in a person's life. Wish you all the best.

It depenps when life moves ok with ones life; it can be before or after marriage but what ount most is the good name we make forourself each day that we live.

depends on the kinda marriage, obviously. for most happy couples, it's during, not before or after. for those who live a hellish marriage, it's either before or after, depending on how it was. every person's got a different life story so it depends.
