It's completely normal and healthy. It happens to all of us and it's natures way of ensuring that your penis receives a good regular supply of oxygenated blood to keep it functioning efficiently. because you are a normal healthy male. There are two reasons, one- you have to pee
two- it's called a nocternal erection and it is natures way of ensuring adequate blood flow to the penis during sleep.
It just naturally happens periodically at night when you sleep.
