I would look at it logically.
What is the resale value of each item? This is what I could actually get for it on the open market, not the Suggested retail price.
I would most likely end up choosing the beach house, depending on the value and location. A sports car is going to lose value every year. A cruse will be over quickly. A gift voucher limits you to the items carried by that brand.
Real estate has historically gained in value on the long term. A beach house has the potential to create income (rentals) to cover the costs of insurance, maintenance, and taxes. In the right area, it can create enough of a positive cash flow (especially without a mortgage payment) where the cruise or the sports car could be purchased.

A beach house, 'cos i wouldn't need to keep paying rent, or a mortgage - I'd have a property free of debts - not many people nowadays can say that!!!
Also - it is worth more than a sports car - or a cruise - and much more than $50,000!!!!
Plus, I'd love the cruise, but it wouldn't last forever, and I'd enjoy it, but have nothing to show for it.

I would choose a gift voucher. I wouldn't be able to get my kids and husband in a sports car, a beach house.. are you kidding me? I don't like boats... so a cruise is out.. so.. I pick a gift voucher.. I could share that atleast.

A beach house--- I don't own a house, so it would be nice. Besides, it's probably worth more than 50,000 dollars worth of junk.. that I don't need.
I already have a '97 Explorer.. I don't need another car--- it'd just be another payment anyway...(insurance that is).
And, I've been to Europe while in the military... and well...I can wait awhile for another trip.

A cruise to Europe.Travelin is amazing,I would like to visit Paris first.That would be wonderful,Paris is one of the most magical towns on Earth.
