Both say they love me. I have made no promises, have not lied in any way, or mislead one or the other. One is a sort of cute kitten like purr of a gal, the other, a sort of intellectual counterpart and with 2 kids I adore,so, should I just sit back and enjoy, or, feel guilty?

Well my opinion would be to do the right thing and pick one or the other! That is great that they know about each other but since there are kids involved, I feel you should pick!
Who you should choose is totally up to you, id depends on what you want out of your life, do you just want to have a good time with the time you have left? Or do you want to make a difference that could impact someone Else's life?
If you just want to have fun, pick the first one, but if it was me, I would pick the second! Those kids seem to be important to you based on your question and you could really make a difference in their lives!

I'm a little younger but i've been there done that and will tell you
it wont last. you can't keep up the sharade towards both girls forever either you'll slip up or you'll want to come clean. The big question then is how do these women react?

Do these 2 woman know that you're dating openly.??? You're probably having your cake and eat it too.....

You're messing with peoples feelings and emotions. What a cruel man you are. At 50...your eyes should be open to what you're doing. Just because you've not made promises to either one of these women...the very idea...they have expressed LOVE means that neither lady knows about the other....I'm sorry dude...but what you're doing is WRONG....just plain WRONG!!!
You're using both of these women for what you can get out of each of them emotionally and physically. You're a very selfish MAN of 50 ....
BEWARE....once these women find out that you're not exclusively seeing them...YOUR FUN days will be over...and you'll be put out to pasture!!! and have NO ONE!!!!

Since you have been honest with both of them, continue to date. Sooner or later, the women will decide if this relationship is enough for them or if they wanna step it up a notch.

If both women know about one another and don't mind - have at it! But please please please do not mislead the kids, how you treat their mom will have an everlasting impact on them. Can you see yourself in 10 years time? That's what I would do, look at the long term. But... enjoy it while you can. you lucky guy you!

If both say they love you then someone is going to get hurt. It isn't fair to them. Not to mention you are playing with their affections as well as the kids. NOT RIGHT!
