First ask the correct questions. A successor is the person who follows another person in a job or position. For example Ronald Reagan was the successor to Jimmy Carter as president of the United States.
If you are asking how to be successful, that is different. The first thing to being successful is to decide what success is to you. Is it a big house, a fancy car, or is it happiness and contentment.
Then you need to set goals and work towards them to make your version of success happen. One hint: Details matter!!!
