Only 80 words? That's very short for such a huge topic! You could perhaps just define the word (look it up in a dictionary for help); briefly list different types of disability (visual, hearing, mental problems etc); look at ways in which better access can be given to disabled people, and so on. Just choose one aspect of the topic. Or, you could write about why it's not the best word to use and why - lots of possibilities. Good luck!

Oh, come on, you can use this computer to surf the Internet about the topic. It's so easy. All you got to do is to get the definition of disability. Then expand it as your introduction. The get articles about the topic. Just use the ideas from the articles but be sure to write them as your references so as not to be accused of plagiarism
