recently i was terminated from my job coz i had faught with my boss..when i told this to my frends and family...they think im joking !!...grrr....they are saying i resigned...wht i hate is that i dont have any proof with me...coz i was alone with my boss that day... how can i make them beleive me??

It's of no importance whether they believe you or not my dear. Just forget about what they are thinking and move on. You can't force them to believe you. The important thing is that you told them the truth. Now it's up to them to believe you or not. Wish you all the best. Hope you find a better job as soon as possible.

You can not make someone believe you. All you can do is lay out the facts as you perceive them to be, and trust that they have enough confidence in you to believe what you are saying. Besides, why is it so important that they 'believe' you?
Sounds like you have some bigger and more important and relevant issues to be working on other than wanting your friends to believe you, eg, keeping a job, anger management, conflict resolution absent of violence, etc.

Sorry to hear this, when you get your ROE (record of employment) you can show your family the box that says reason for termination was fired. Good luck finding a new job:)

I wouldn't worry about it,you know what really happened.If..someone witnessed the argument,than you can prove it, amI right? Do you have a witness? Did anyone hear you'll arguing,than hear you being terminated?
