There are five cavities in the lower back bone. In between cavities there exist some washer. In course of time this washer get scrub-ed due to improper posture while sitting or standing or bending one side while lifting weight and that washer slips from its position and it cause shiver pain. There are certain exercises to control it. Surgery is also being done but it is not a remedy. Only remedy is some exercises and avoid weight lifting, slipping or sitting on cushioned bed/seats, sudden changing the position of the body. One more remedy is there, which people may not rely upon. But I was suffering from from this problem for past 15 years and finally got rid of with MANTRAS and for past one and half year, i did not get the slip disc pain. Mantras can cure if you have faith, determination and concentration.

One of your vertebrae moved out of alignment, pain is caused by the disc pressing on nerve or spinal chord. Many ways to fix prob w/out surgery. Surgery should be last resort.IMO

you may desire to have an MRI to confirm precisely what's inaccurate with you. you may require actual therapy as antagonistic to surgical operation. PT helped my lower back issues plenty and that i presently won't might desire to have surgical operation. although, your concern might require surgical operation. you need to in all likelihood verify with a spinal medical professional for greater advantageous information and therapy.
