Yes, there is. Anything that you don't like because it's bland, tasteless and clearly good for you will be on that list. All the really great stuff that you really like to eat - well, that definitely won't be on the list.

i'm not sure if there will ever be such a thing as a "perfect" list of food for anyone for that matter. it's always been a case to case basis for me.

i came across several brands of vitamins in the past where there's a different combination of ingredients for men and another for women, under the same brand. kind of tells us that some learned people might be infering that men might need more of certain substances than do women, and vice versa, to maintain optimum health. if this is true, then there may as well be a list of food ideal for men, and another for women. but until such time that this has been proven, i think i'll advise moderation on anything and everything we take in or do.

Oh, I am so tempted to say that I should be included in a man's diet, but I won't. lol, Seriously, tomatoes contain the lycopene that we are hearing so much about which is helpful in cancer prevention in men. The tomatoes better produce the lycopene when they have been cooked, such as in tomato sauce. Also, vitamins E and zinc are especially good for the stamina and longevity. As with women I believe that a well-balanced diet is the key to longevity in anyone, as well enhancing the quality of life.

A warm hello to you today Oli! The greatest concern men face is with their prostrate. For a healthy prostrate, make sure your fluid intake is plenty adequate and load up on the nutrients known to keep the prostrate healthy i.e. Vitamin A, C, E and Selenium. Vit. C and E will also aid in skin's elasticity and repair (for those bowling hands of yours).Vit. C is also needed for a good skeletal system. If you consume caffeine, be sure you are getting enough Calcium (Caffeine leaches the bones of Calcium). Have a great week Oli!

The top of a perfect list for anything starts with a three letter word.

It gets your heartrate up, burns calories, increases brain activity, helps you sleep. What food can benefit you in as many ways as the love drug?

Be open minded about this subject. There are many foods to eat, but the ones you eat will harm you more than do you any good.
You must be very choosy about what goes into your mouth if you want to live longer.
